Terms of Service & 30-Day Work Order Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website (taskcaddie.com), submitting an onboarding intake form, or enrolling in the Task Caddie $100 14-Day Test Drive or $1,000/month Membership, you ("Member") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and 30-Day Work Order Agreement ("Terms"). Task Caddie is a productized Software with a Service (SWAS) brand owned and operated by Golf Marketer LLC.

2. Strict 5-Pillar Scope of Services (No More, No Less)

Every Task Caddie Member receives the exact same 5 Done-For-You Student-Capture, Marketing, and Booking Pillars powered by our domain-trained Golf Wizard brain (/caddie):

• Door 1: Voice Caddie (VC) (Active Day 1 of $100 Test Drive): 24/7 AI golf phone receptionist connected via carrier conditional call-forwarding (*71 / **61*) that answers missed lesson-tee calls on rollover, quotes rates, and books evaluations onto your calendar.
• Door 2: Database Caddie (DC) (Active Week 1 of $100 Test Drive): Plain-text conversational SMS and email check-in sent to your dormant past students (6 to 18+ months) in Week 1 to book returning lesson packages and custom club fittings.
• Door 3: Chat Caddie (CC) (Unlocks Once $1,000+ Booked): Sub-60-second 2-way missed-call SMS text-back (with your .vcf contact card), unified web chat widget, and Instagram/Facebook DM concierge.
• Door 4: Brand Caddie (BC) (Unlocks Once $1,000+ Booked): Craftsman studio logo and social banners, omnichannel profile cleanup (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, .vcf contact card, 5x7 bay QR standee, and "Verified on BestGolfPros.com" badge), full Google Business Profile (GBP) management under Agency Organization ID 104298924216685716183, and automated 2-hour post-lesson review requests with our FTC-compliant Two-Button Silence Valve.
• Door 5: Site Caddie (SC) (Unlocks Once $1,000+ Booked): Sub-200ms Google Clean mobile Smart Website and 3-tap evaluation booking funnel.

Scope-Creep Shield (GolfCoder.com): Task Caddie strictly excludes general IT support, accounting/QuickBooks integrations, custom API pipelines, and bespoke software development. Any custom engineering requested outside the 5 Pillars is scoped separately through our engineering division at GolfCoder.com.

3. Pricing, $100 14-Day Test Drive & Dual Guarantee

• $100 14-Day Low-Hanging Fruit Test Drive: Enrollment begins with a refundable $100 Test-Drive Deposit. During the 14-day test drive, we deploy Door 1 (Voice Caddie) and Door 2 (Week-1 Database Caddie check-in).
• $1,000 Booked Win Condition: Once Task Caddie books at least $1,000 in real lessons or fittings onto your calendar during the 14-day test drive, we unlock Doors 3, 4, and 5 and bill the remaining $900 Month-1 balance ($1,000/month less your $100 deposit credit), followed by $1,000/month on a simple month-to-month basis. If Task Caddie does not book at least $1,000 in 14 days, you pay nothing more and your $100 deposit is refunded in full.
• The 30-Day "Tear Up the Work Order" Guarantee: At Day 30, if Task Caddie has not generated at least 3x our fee ($3,000) in booked lesson revenue, saved fitting evaluations, and consolidated software savings, or if you are not thrilled with your results, notify us to tear up the Work Order for a full refund of your Month-1 balance.
• Conditional Cooperation Requirement: Eligibility for the 14-Day Test-Drive Refund and 30-Day Work Order Guarantee requires two basic cooperations: (a) keeping conditional call forwarding active on your Voice Caddie line and (b) providing your past-student contact list for Week-1 Database Caddie reactivation.
• Month-to-Month Cancellation: There are zero long-term contracts. You may cancel your ongoing membership at any time before your next monthly billing cycle via a single text or email to support@taskcaddie.com.

4. Telephony & SMS Fair-Use Policy (Included Usage)

5. Client Authorizations, 7-Day Review Window & IP Ownership

• Google Business Profile Delegation: You agree to grant Manager-level permissions to Task Caddie (Agency Organization ID: 104298924216685716183). You retain 100% Primary Ownership of your Google Business Profile at all times.
• 7-Day "Silence Constitutes Acceptance" Rule: When we deliver a configured Voice Caddie prompt, Database Caddie check-in draft, Brand Caddie logo/social kit, or Site Caddie booking page for your review, you have 7 business days to request revisions. If we do not hear back within 7 business days because you are busy on the lesson tee, the deliverable is deemed approved so your launch timeline never stalls.
• Intellectual Property (IP) Split: You own 100% of your brand name, custom studio logo and brand kit, primary domain, student contact list, and bio copy upon payment in good standing. Golf Marketer LLC retains 100% ownership of all Task Caddie GoHighLevel snapshots, /caddie system prompts, workflow automations, and underlying software architecture.

6. Acceptable Use & Carrier Compliance

You agree to provide accurate business registration details (legal name, EIN or Sole Proprietor verification, and physical studio address) required for federal A2P 10DLC telecom registration. You agree not to use Task Caddie systems for unlawful spam, purchased cold lists via SMS, or fabricated customer reviews.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

In no event shall Task Caddie or Golf Marketer LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the total membership fees paid by Member in the preceding 30 days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States.
